1. General Information
The Make Collective event is scheduled to take place from March 12-13, 2027, at the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek Orlando. Your ticket grants you in-person access to all activities, sessions, and other onsite event-related experiences, subject to availability and capacity. Tickets are non-transferable to any other event.
2. Ticket Purchase
Ticket sales are final upon confirmation of payment. Make Wellness (The Event Organizer) reserves the right to reject any ticket purchase that does not comply with the registration process or if the purchase information is incomplete or erroneous. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted. The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify or adjust ticket prices at any time prior to purchase based upon demand or availability. Once purchased, the price is final.
3. Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your ticket, the following refund schedule applies:
Cancellations received 60 or more days before the event: Full refund, less a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations received 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee, less a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the event: No refund.

[email protected]. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation approval. Processing fees may apply.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the Event is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Event Organizer (such as force majeure, natural disasters, or government restrictions), ticket holders will be notified immediately. In the case of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees) will be issued. In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Alternatively, the option to request a refund will be offered.
4. Ticket Transfers
Transfer of Ticket: If you cannot attend the Event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by February 1st. Recognition is personal and in the event of a transfer, the transferee is entitled to their own personal recognition, and is not entitled to any recognition that may have been personal to the transferer. A transfer request must be submitted in writing to
[email protected] along with the following:
Full name of the original ticket holder
Full name of the new attendee
Contact details for the new attendee
The ticket reference number
A 10% transfer fee will be charged to process the transfer.
Tickets may not be transferred after February 1, 2027.
5. Ticket Admission
The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or remove any Attendee from the Event if they fail to comply with the Event’s rules and regulations, engage in disruptive behavior, fail to comply with event location policies or rules, or violate any terms of these Conditions.
All ticket holders must wear their event badge to access the event. Admission may be denied without it. In the event of removal by the venue for any violations, the Event Organizer shall not be liable for any refund or damages of any kind related to failure of attendee to comply with venue requirements.
6. Changes to Event Schedule
The Event Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, speakers, or sessions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any material changes.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Event Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred while attending the Event. The Event Organizer is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties, including sponsors, vendors, or speakers.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will be used solely for purposes related to your attendance at the Event, including registration, event updates, and post-event communication.
8. Access to Likeness
By attending the event you hereby grant the Company, its affiliates, agents, and licensees the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance ("Likeness") in connection with the production, distribution, and promotion of marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media and publications. The company may use your likeness in any form of media, including, but not limited to digital, print, video and social media worldwide and in perpetuity, for the purpose of advertising the Company's products/services and event promotion. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any financial compensation or royalty for the use of your Likeness under this agreement.
10. Force Majeure
The Event Organizer will not be liable for failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah County, City of Provo, Utah.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
